Our Annual
4 Heatons Cleaning specialise in one off and regular home cleaning. Each job is personalised and tailored to suit your needs.
We provide all top of the range, eco-friendly cleaning products and high specification equipment.
Prior to any clean, we can meet beforehand to make sure we are the right fit for you. We offer a detailed home cleaning check list which you can complete prior for us to follow your instruction.
We are enhanced DBS checked and fully insured so you know you're in safe hands.
Our rates are competitive and reflective in our reputation and cleanliness. Our regular cleans start from £20.00 per hour and two hours minimum is required.
student/end of tenancy & deep cleans
We have over 15 years experience in the property industry, working closely with developers, estate agents, private landlords and tenants. We know the high standard of cleanliness required for each property.
We have a multifunctional, 100% chemical-free steam cleaner which emits 221°F pressurised powerful hot steam with 900W-1050W power to clean grease, dust, and stains and make any property look brand new.
If your job is urgent, not to worry as we can offer last minute availability, 7-days a week.

​​Access to the property prior may be required to determine approximate quote for works.
Oven cleans are an additional charge starting from £50.00 for a singular oven, £60.00 for a double oven and from £70.00 plus for larger units.

Secure key hold
We have created a seamless, hands-off service that takes the stress out of hosting an Airbnb, guesthouse or holiday let. We provide a friendly and informative meet and greet service, key collection and full property check-out clean including fresh linen laundry service.

What We Offer:

Meet and greet check-in (includes full debrief of facilities, fire safety, local amenities and key handover)

Laundry service (wash, dry, iron and change/make bed). It is recommended to provide us with two sets of bedding per bed and extra towels so we can changeover upon check out.

errand running
If you need an extra hand, we're here to help! Some of our clients include, the elderly, new and expectant mothers, people with limited mobility, those suffering from mental health issues or other challenges that prevent them from performing everyday tasks independently.
These services are designed to help individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with various errands and tasks. Some of our common errands and tasks include; grocery shopping, prescription pickup, post office and mail handling, dry cleaning and laundry, skip/charity shop runs, appointment scheduling, cooking dinners, providing company (we're really good listeners!) and of course, cleaning.​
To ensure that the needs and expectations of the individual are met, we will conduct a thorough assessment so as the services offered are tailored to the individual’s unique requirements to provide the best possible assistance.
​Prices start from £25.00 per hour. Our mileage rate is 0.45p per mile. (Applicable for travel errand-running only).
